QC problems, swiftly resolved by trz

This is a beautiful figure with great attention to detail in the design. Unfortunately the model I received had some QC issues on the Kabuto and Menpo - however TRZ were superb at contacting the manufacturer and replacing the defective parts on my behalf. The figure receives 4* from me due to initial QC, however TRZ service is 5*

Excellent item and good communication with the seller! Item was sent to a rather problematic country from the point of view of delivery.
