The below Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) applies only if you purchased your products from ToysRemz Collectibles (“TRZCollectibles Pte. Ltd.”):

1. All orders placed via our website are bound by the same terms and conditions.
2. All orders are final and confirmed once you have placed them.
3. Payment must be in full before an order can be processed, finalised and delivered.
4. Cancellation and release of order will be at the discretion of ToysRemz Collectibles, if no payment is made within 3 days from order submission date.
5. Pre-orders deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our Pre-Order Policy can be located here.
6. International/Overseas customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable on the importation of products into their respective country and government.
7. In the event of obvious errors occurred on the website or made in connection with your order, WE reserve the right to correct the error and charge you the correct price. In such situation, we will contact you and offer you the correct price and the option of purchasing or cancelling your order.
8. Loyalty Rewards are a prilivage rewarded to our loyal customer ONLY. The maximum per-redemptions is 4000 loyaly points.
