Local/Domestic Customers

  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery within Singapore and Malaysia. However, please note that free delivery may not apply to certain products shipped to East Malaysia.
  • Tracking: All deliveries come with tracking information by default, so you can monitor your shipping status.

International/Overseas Customers

  • Worldwide Shipping: We provide shipping to all countries around the globe except for Ukraine at the moment.
  • Shipping Options: You can select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
  • Additional Charges: Import duties, taxes, and other miscellaneous charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. TRZCollectibles Pte. Ltd., TRZCollectibles.com, and TRZCollectibles are not liable for these additional costs.

Shipping Fees/Rates

  • Fee Calculation: Shipping fees vary based on destination and the weight of the items. We round up all weights to the next full kilogram (KG).
  • Quotations: Shipping fees for overseas orders are calculated at checkout based on either actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever is higher. Fees apply to ready-to-ship items only.

Packaging and Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Once your payment is confirmed, we will securely pack your order within three (3) working days.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is packed, sanitized, and ready to be handed over to our courier partners.
  • Safety Measures: We ensure your parcel is well-packed and securely wrapped to minimize the risk of damage. We also sanitize your parcel before dispatch.
  • Tracking and Updates: All shipments include tracking details. We provide personalized tracking updates for both local and international orders, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s delivery status at your convenience.

Possible Delays

  • Public Holidays: Delivery times may be extended during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote locations may experience additional delays due to local transportation availability.
